Returns 

All sales are final, Etta Vintage does not offer refunds or exchanges. We pride ourselves on selling vintage items that are in extremely good condition. As vintage items are all 20+ years old (many over 60+ years old) they will show signs of wear conducive with age and use, please inspect all item descriptions and photos carefully before placing an order. We are happy to provide additional images/video or answer any questions if needed. Please contact us prior to making your purchase if additional information is required. We can usually answer requests within 24-48 hours.

Pick-Up

All orders placed for "In Store Pick-Up" must be collected within 14 days from the date of purchase. If additional storage time is required please contact us to make a request. In some instances, storage past 14 days is possible but fees may apply.

Items not picked up within 21 days, with no communication or response from buyer, are considered abandoned and will be returned to the shop floor with no refund.

Shipping

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size and destination.

We currently ship within the United States only. 

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.
